Moaning Cavern Park Zip Lines Open For Labor Day Weekend
Vallecito, CA...Moaning Cavern Park Twin Zip Lines located in Vallecito, CA will open for Labor Day Weekend beginning Thursday, August 29 at 1 pm. "We are very excited to have the Zip Line open for the holiday weekend", said Stephen Fairchild, President of Cave and Mine Adventures...
The Moaning Cavern Twin Zip Lines were temporarily closed for improvements on August 7, 2013.
Moaning Cavern, located in the heart of California's Gold Country, has successfully operated the 1500-foot Twin Zip Lines since July of 2007.
"We are well known for our Twin Zip Lines, but we have other adventure activities to offer at Moaning Cavern", said Fairchild.
Moaning Cavern Park offers guided walk tours into the cave, 165-foot rope rappels, 3-hour spelunking Adventure Trips and climbs on the 32-foot climbing tower. The cave has been open to the public since 1922 and holds California's largest public cave chamber.
Cave and Mine Adventures has been providing adventure and educational activities to the public since 1978.
