Calaveras Family Fest is October 6th. It is A Family Event You Should Attend!
Valley Springs, CA....It’s family fun for everyone! The numerous children’s activities includes: a bounce house; cow train; hippity hop corral; art-making; zip line; petting zoo; rock wall and more! There will be live music, a magician, and strolling entertainers throughout the day! Adults can enjoy wine and olive oil tasting! Please support the food and other vendors which will also include a beer and wine bar. This event is a fundraiser with 50% of the net proceeds to go to Calaveras Unified School District. The funds will be used to hire a counselor for the schools and aid the struggling music and arts programs. Additionally, the other portions of the net proceeds will go to the Valley Springs Youth Center, the Calaveras Sheriff Department to start a K-9 unit, and also to help the construction of the Valley Springs Vet’s Hall...

The mission of Calaveras Family Fest is to strengthen our community by coming together to create a safe, nurturing and enriching environment for our youth and families. The recent tragedy compels us to reach out to make counseling available to our youth who are struggling with today’s challenges.
Proceeds will directly benefit: Calaveras Unified School District (to hire a counselor & for art and music program); Valley Springs Youth Center; Jenny Lind Veteran’s Memorial District (to help complete Veteran’s hall); Friends of Calaveras Sheriffs’ Office (K9 unit).
