Murphys Library To Reopen October 11th
Murphys, CA...An update on the Murphys Library story. Due to a broken pipe the Murphys Library will be closed until approximately Friday, October 11, 2013. Because of the extensive water damage the downstairs carpet is being replaced which necessitated moving all the book shelves and books out of the downstairs. Also, the elevator needs some replacement parts. Thankfully, county insurance is covering all damages...
To renew books please call 728-3036 and leave a message. To return books place them in the drop box which is located next to the back door near the library parking lot. If you have placed a book on Hold it will take a few weeks more than usual. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to our grand re-opening, in the near future.
