Bret Harte Little League Registration Now Open
Angels Camp, CA...Welcome to the 2014 Little League Season. Recently, Ebbetts Pass Little League and Calaveras American Little League merged the two leagues into one. The new league is Bret Harte Little League. This was done for the following reasons: To create a greater sense of community in our new league. Ultimately, most of your children will end up at Bret Harte High School. Both Boards from the former EPLL and CALL leagues believed that we should help foster a larger community perspective in our organization as a way to help the kids get to know each other..
* The amount of time required to successfully run a youth sports organization is far more than most outside the leagues can imagine. Both little league’s, singularly, do not get enough parent participation as board members and other volunteer help. With this merger, we now have a 13 member board dedicated to providing the best league we can.

2014 Season Registration is now open

New this season: Online registration. For both new and returning players, visit http://www.bhlittleleague.com.prod.sportngin.com/page/show/1040553-register and follow the instructions to complete your registration. All registration forms may be found on this website. Players have the option of registering on-line, printing the forms and bringing them to one of our on-site registrations or mailing them in.
On-Site Registration
BHLL will be hosting the following on site registration events. Age and residency documents will be required to complete registration on-site.

To mail in your registration, include the following and register no later than February 2, 2014:

ALL MINOR AND MAJOR DIVISION PLAYERS MUST ATTEND ONE
PLAYER EVALUATION DAY
According to provisions of the regulations of Little League Baseball, BHLL must conduct annual tryouts minors, majors and juniors division players to score player performance in advance of the player selection process or draft. On evaluation day, players can expect to be evaluated on the following skills: base running, fielding ground and fly balls, machine pitch batting and infield throwing. If your child will be 9 or 10 years old on or before May 1, 2014, he/she must attend a player evaluation day. Baseball Age 8 Players MAY Tryout for Minors Division
