Thirty five years of business experience created Linton Consulting. Seventeen years were spent honing Dean's skills working for a major manufacturer and wholesale distributor in the Pacific Northwest. Under Dean's direction, the $6 million per year distribution business transformed into a $35 million per year powerhouse company. This company is still dominating their market today.
During this time he had the honor of working with some of the brightest and most demanding people in the industry. Failure was not an option. As a General Manager and integral part of an international multi-billion dollar company, Dean excelled in all aspects of the business. Sales, Operations, H/R, A/P, A/R, Inventory, Expense and Manufacturing were all scrutinized regularly in the quest for weak points in the business. During this time of incredible growth, Dean was instrumental in changing a decades old market dominated by a few name-brand players into a multi-billion dollar industry shared by many successful companies.
After years of success in the Northwest, Dean's family chose to move back to California - their original home. While on hiatus from the corporate world, he has used his experience to help other companies reach their potential.
