Winter Explosion 2014! This Weekend In Bear Valley
Bear Valley, CA...This weekend Bear Valley will be filled with activities. Fireworks, Torchlight Parades, Crab Feeds, Races, Tubing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Fat Biking and much, much more. Mother Nature brought the snow and crews have been hard at work opening up more and more terrain. Bear Valley will have the entire upper mountain open including Polar Express their high speed, quad chair. Come out on February 15th for our WINTER EXPLOSION! We will be featuring kids movies, dinner, a torch light parade, ski patrol info booth and FIREWORKS!!! Dinner prices are adults $16 and children $11 (ages 6-12). 5 and Under free. Don’t miss out on this great three day weekend event! Additional details on the weekend are enclosed...
4:00 PM: Movie for the kids

6:45 PM: Torch Light parade down the mountain
7:00 PM: Fireworks begin

With more than 4 feet of new snow, we anticipate an exceptional course for competitors to battle their way to the finish as we launch our first Skier and Boarder Cross events of the season. Snowman Building Contest
Get Creative!
Bear Valley Mountain kicks off the First Annual Snowman Building Contest on SUNDAY FEB 16TH, 2014. Limited space available for registration starts on mountain at 9:30am. Contestants will have 4 hours to develop their creations. Get creative with your snow creatures - traditional snowman, animated characters, other animals....all welcome. See you on Sunday for this brand new tradition for family and friends.

Crab Feed
Sunday, February 16th
Hungry? Good, because we got you covered. On February 16th in the Perry Walther building at 6pm get your grub on with the CRAB FEED! All meals come with spaghetti, bread, salad and dessert. Get your tickets at the Bear Valley general store and Bear Valley Cross Country. All proceeds go to the Bear Valley Music Festival. For more info call 209-753-2334.
