Groveland Man Arrested on Parole Violations and Drug Charges
Jamestown, CA...On April 5, 2014 about 6:38 P.M. Deputy Jeff Gempler contacted the suspect, Forty Three year old, Dale Biehle, on Seventh Avenue in Jamestown. Biehle was seated in a vehicle. Biehle is currently on Tuolumne County Probation for possession of and transporting narcotics. Due to his probation status he is subject to search by law enforcement at any time...
A search of Biehle’s vehicle was conducted by Deputy Gempler and approximately 5 (five) grams of methamphetamine, 4376.00 (four thousand three hundred and seventy six) dollars, as well as packaging material was located.
Biehle was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance For Sale and Violation of Probation. Both are felony charges and he was booked into the Tuolumne County Jail.
As of 4/6/14 Biehle remains in custody at the Tuolumne County Jail.

43 years of age
Resident of Groveland, CA
Charges: 11378 H&S Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale Felony
1203.2(A) P.C. Violation of Probation Felony
NO BAIL due to Violation of Probation Charge
