Fresno Man Arrested at Black Oak Casino For Credit Card Fraud

Tuolumne, CA...On 4/11/14 about 1130 A.M. Deputies were called to the Black Oak Casino on a report of a fraudulent credit card being used in an attempt to pay a bill. During the course of their investigation the Deputies contacted the suspect, forty eight year old, Darren Lee Wagner. Wagner had a felony warrant for his arrest for credit card crime out of Los Angeles County. A search was conducted of Wagner and approx. four grams of suspected methamphetamine was located in his shirt pocket. He was also in possession of several possibly fraudulent credit cards....




A search of his vehicle was done and a credit car embossing machine, altered access cards, and other misc. items used to alter credit or access cards were located.

Wagner was booked into the Tuolumne County Jail. He is being held on 100,000 dollar bail on the local charges, and no bail on the Los Angeles County Warrant.

Suspect: Wagner, Darren, Lee
48 years old
Resident of Fresno, CA

Charges:
11377(A) H&S Possession of a Controlled Substance Felony
459 P.C. Burglary Felony
484(G) P.C. Fraudulent use of Credit Card Info MIsdemeneanor
484F(A) P.C. Forge Access Card Felony
Outside Agency Felony Warrant of Arrest
