Area Officers Recognized For Their Efforts To Reduce Impaired Driving

Sonora, CA....Local Law Enforcement officers were recognized for their diligent efforts within Tuolumne County of Keeping the motoring public safe from impaired drivers. The following officers assigned to the California Highway Patrol, Sonora Area were recognized: Officer Josh Mahaney, Officer Steve Warzee, Officer Steve Machado and Officer Michael Huddleston. The Sonora Police Department, Officer Jonathan Ma, was also recognized for his efforts...





The MADD organization along with the California Office of Traffic Safety, of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration applaud the efforts of all departments and agencies in stopping the needless and preventable deaths on California roadways caused by impaired drivers. The dedication to the removal of impaired drivers by these officers is highly commendable and has truly saved lives.
