Traffic Update...Overturned Vehicle Near Hwy 26 and Associated Office Road.
West Point, CA....CHP is reporting a subject was spinning donuts in the roadway prior to the vehicle overturning. At last report the subject was out of the vehicle, smoking a cigarette while gas is pouring out of vehicle. Hmmm......
