Jill Warren and Eddie Castro in Concert on Sunday, July 20 at Metzger Wines and Produce Market from 1-4 pm

San Andreas, Ca...Metzger Farms is excited to present Jill Warren with drummer, Eddie Castro in concert under the oaks in San Andreas at Metzger Wines and Produce Market. Doors open at noon for wine tasting and produce purchases. Music and tasting are FREE. Part of the market proceeds for the day will benefit the Calaveras Gardens to Grow In project which has implemented school gardens throughout Calaveras County. Fresh market munchies and Metzger wines will be available for purchase and wine by the glass is $5. Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy during the show. There will be some tables and chairs for early birds, or bring your own low-back concert chairs and kick back to savor the amazing sounds of Calaveras sensation, Jill Warren who has been playing guitar since she was 6 years old. Her soulful sound features rock favorites and original tunes, both acoustic and electric. Castro, of Cantamos fame provides a delicious rhythm to accompany Jill’s rockin’ guitar and smooth vocals. This dynamic duo is a real crowd pleaser and will inspire a little moving and shaking from the audience...

Jill graduated with a degree in guitar from Musician’s Institute of Technology in Hollywood. She was chosen to perform for Disneyland with the successful and hot girl group called MisBehavin’. Now a resident of Murphys, Jill has been regularly dazzling musicians and audiences alike throughout our Sierra foothill region. Come enjoy a taste of Metzger wine and have a rockin’ good time. Your purchases will help Calaveras students continue to benefit from school gardening projects.

Visit www.metzgerwinesandproduce.com for more information and other events. Or, call 209-754-1010. Be sure to visit our Tasting Tuesdays market from 9 am to 7 pm each Tuesday through the fall. We are located at 1706 Gold Hunter Road. Travel one mile up Mountain Ranch Rd and turn left on Gold Hunter. The farm is just ¼ mile from there – follow the signs.

Is this an ag tourism, county permitted event? I'd like to go, but don't want the Sheriff to show up and shut it down.
