Approval of RESOLUTION No. 14-02 adopting an Updated Conflict of Interest Code and Appendix of Designated Positions – Elections.

Approval of RESOLUTION No. 14-03 declaring a Stage 1 Drought Watch pursuant to Ordinance 93-01, Article 1.6 and the California Drought State of Emergency.

Award of Bid for Hwy 26 Utility Improvement Project.

6. ESTABLISHMENT OF NEXT MEETING: Wed., AUGUST 27, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.
