Eel River Conservation Camp Walkaway Inmate in Custody

Susanville, California – A minimum-security inmate from California Correctional Center (CCC) who walked away from Eel River Conservation Camp (CC #31) on July 16, 2014, has been apprehended. On July 16, at approximately 7:00 P.M., members of the Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP) Investigative Services Unit (ISU) apprehended Inmate Ga Dakota Moss near Redway, California just two miles from the camp. Moss was hiding in some bushes when he was spotted. Inmate Moss was wearing civilian clothing and was in possession of marijuana at the time he was apprehended. An investigation has been initiated to determine any other crimes that may have been committed by Inmate Moss while he was at large.

Inmate Moss is being returned to the California Correctional Center and will be housed in the Administrative Segregation Unit (ASU) pending a complete investigation into his actions.

1200 new illegals coming

We have 1200 undocumented illegals coming to Calaveras county. I wonder how many will end up in this prison ? My personal guess would be 72% of them. Would you say higher or lower ?

It will probably be much higher than 72%. Here is our chance to see our tax dollars in action.
