Veteran's Memorial Park Was Overflowing With Honor & Appreciaiton For Those Who Have Served
Murphys, CA...Yesterday the Ebbetts Pass Veteran's Memorial Distirct invited the community to Honor, Salute & Pay Tribute to all of the United States Military Veterans. The Veteran's Memorial Park was filled to overflowing with attendees, former service members, the Calaveas Community Band and more. One highlight for the second year in a row was students from Jennifer Berry's Michelson Elementary's class reading essays on the different branches of the service. We have photos and some video clips including the Michelson Students below....

For those of you who haven't stopped by the Veteran's Memorial in Murphys please make it a stop on your next visit.
The centerpiece is a beautiful statue commissioned and given to the community by the Kautz family.
