The Snow Keeps Falling In Bear Valley ~By Mattly Trent
Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! Currently we are at 2-4" of new snow overnight and 6" fell yesterday for a total of 8-10" of new snowfal in the last 24hrs. Why am I reporting 2 different numbers you ask? Wind direction, Aspect, Topography and temerature all play a factor in the distribution. Regardless of why a little less fell here than there, it's going to be a ripping day for Skiing/Riding! Today we'll see possibly up to 1-2" of more snow fall then tapering off as mid day approaches and then moving out overnight. The high for today will be around 39F with winds out of the Southwest from 11-14mph with possible gusts to 22mph. Stay tuned.......Peace Out, Mattly
