New Year Eve At Murphys Hotel
Murphys, CA...Murphys Historic Hotel is welcoming 2015 with a Special 4 course Dinner Menu which also includes sparkling wine… Regular Menu will also be available… Dinner from 5p-10p Reservations Recommended! We will have Live Music in the Saloon from 930p-1a performed by “The Fabulous Off Brothers” We also still have a few Hotel Rooms Available. New Year’s Eve Special Dinner Menu Wednesday December 31st 2014
Dinner to Include Complimentary Sparkling Wine!
Bruschetta Trio to Start Goats cheese, green apple, local honey, & toasted walnuts House smoked salmon mousse, capers, lemon zest, & fresh dill Shaved pork loin with a caramelized onion-dried fig-cheddar cheese compote Second Brandied Cream of Mushroom Soup with an herb crème fraiche -OR- Spinach Salad tossed in a bacon-dijon vinaigrette, topped with bleu cheese crumbles, red grapes, bacon bits, & toasted pistachios
Choice of Entrée (all entrées are served with balsamic roasted carrots & broccolini)
Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef… with creamed horseradish & Au Jus. Served with a fully loaded baked potato….. 8oz $45. 12oz $50. 16oz $55. Steak & Lobster … a 12oz New York Center Cut char-grilled to your liking, smothered with sautéed garlic-butter mushrooms accompanied by 5oz perfectly baked lobster tail. Served with whipped potatoes….. $70. Surf & Turf…a char-grilled lamb chop topped with a cheddar cheese & wild cherry chutney, 4oz filet mignon with a whiskey peppercorn cream sauce, & two blackened sea scallops with a cilantro-lime-guacamole. Served with herb roasted fingerling potatoes….. $60. 8oz Filet Mignon… grilled to your liking topped with Dungeness crab and a bernaise sauce. Served with a roasted red potato, bacon, & cheddar cheese hash….. $60. Salmon… cooked medium, with a Dijon mustard & honey glaze. Served with herbed wild rice pilaf….. $48. Stuffed Chicken… with brie cheese, spinach, & bacon, fried golden brown & topped with a parmesan-garlic cream sauce. Served with whipped potatoes….. $45.
