Seems like there is always money for planning but seldom, if ever any for construction. Well, there is money for buses that few ever ride. COG and BOS, please show us a construction schedule for the wagon trail, suicyclist paths and pedestrian ways.

      If people would slow their happy selves down and not drive like complete idiots we would have less accidents. Then again all to many times you cannot educate those who cannot be educated.
