Mother Lode Jewish Community's Summer Gathering
Copperopolis, CA...The Mother Lode Jewish Community is having a Summer Gathering, SUNDAY IN THE SUN - A LAKESIDE POTLUCK PARTY, on Sunday afternoon, August 16 at a member’s home at Lake Tulloch. This is a casual social get-together, a great time for people to catch up with old friends and share their summer adventures as well as meet some new folks. Non-members interested in meeting others in the local Jewish community are most welcome. The MLJC’s mission is to provide opportunities and events that nurture a vibrant and enduring Jewish identity, culture and community in the Mother Lode, drawing its members from Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa and Tuolumne counties. New members are most welcome.
Be sure and mark your calendar in September for a Shabbat Shuvah service that will be held in Murphys on Saturday, Sept. 19th.
