What are the plans for the Red Hill Yard Waste facility? Will it re-open anytime soon?

Has anyone else tried to make contact with Debbie Ponte? The Clerk of the Board gives out a wrong phone number and no response to emails. Does she respond to the people of her District? This is unreal.
