Copperopolis Town Square Canceling Weekend Events & Opening As Evacuation Center.
Copperopolis, CA...We are saddened to say that we will be postponing our weekend events for Copperopolis Town Square due to the devastating Butte Fire. The Concert, Fuse Box, A Tribute to ACDC will be moved to first part of October. Market at The Square will continue next Sunday, 10-3. The Copperopolis Town Square is being opened up as a Butte Fire evacuation center as well. There is plenty of parking for RVs, Restrooms, Etc. Staff will be on had to accept donations for evacuees and inside space is being made available as well..
Please keep of all of those affected by this horrible tragedy, including residents, emergency personnel and all of you wonderful volunteers who have reached out to to help those in need in your thoughts and prayers.
