Dave Christian Medical Fund

Arnold, CA...After 5 years of migraines and some increasingly alarming symptoms, Friday morning, January 29th, Annalisa took Dave to the ER because he appeared to be exhibiting symptoms of a stroke. They performed a CT scan and discovered a large tumor in the front left lobe of his brain. He was transported by ambulance to UCSF. Wednesday, February 3rd, they will do surgery to remove the 7cm mass that appears to be a benign meningioma. Although that's not the worst type of brain tumor you can have, it's much larger than ones they typically remove. They won't be certain of the tumor's type until the full pathology report comes back, 5-7 days after surgery.

Dave and Annalisa have 2 small children, and one more on the way in May! Dave is a local artist and that is their sole livelihood. Dave will be unable to work for many weeks, and his self employment will likely suffer during this time. We are hoping to help them through this gap in employment, as well as help them with the unknown medical bills. As they live 3 hours from UCSF there will be many follow up appointments and travel costs as well.

Please consider helping this amazing family that is a thriving part of our small community. Let's show them how much they are loved and supported. Thank you for your prayers, and continued support as they walk through this unknown territory together with friends and family.
