Robert Lowell Mast December 6, 1990 – May 13, 2016 Memorial Service May22

Murphys, CA...Robert Lowell Mast, 25, passed on Friday, May 13, 2016 drowning in the Stanislaus River on a camping trip. Born and raised in Calaveras, Robbie loved exploring the outdoors. He was an outstanding student often chosen for leadership roles. He was fearless in all pursuits: a creative visual artist, instinctive performer, inspired designer, and fervent builder. As an avid world traveler he once spent twenty-two months abroad on his bicycle in New Zealand, Asia, and across Europe. His sense of adventure was never quenched.

Robert Lowell Mast Obituary

With visionary goals for Brice Station Vineyards, he was instrumental in expanding the performance venue, winemaking, and implementing sustainable farming practices. He was a loyal son, dear brother, loving partner, and generous friend to many. All who knew him will miss his sense of humor and generous nature.

He leaves behind his grandparents Jack and Charlotte (Hubbard) Mast, his mother Dolores and father Stuart, his sister Leda, and partner Brittany. Preceded in death by his grandparents Paul and Joyce (Miller) Quyle.

Send condolences to Brice Station Vineyards, 3353 East Hwy. 4 Murphys A Memorial Service will be held there on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 2:00pm.
