Counter Balance - A New Film from O.A.R.S., Directed by Gordon Klco
Angels Camp, CA...Counter Balance is a short film about giving back to the brave men & women of our military who have served us all. Too many have returned from deployments ill-equipped for civilian life, but on a 4-day rafting trip on the Green River in Dinosaur National Monument, veterans are given the opportunity to come together to laugh, to cry, and to purge it all among friends on an experience that taps into the restorative power of wilderness.
O.A.R.S. is proud to offer fully-hosted rafting trips for service members and veterans on the Green River through the Gates of Lodore in Dinosaur National Monument. This rafting adventure is a unique national park experience that taps into the restorative power of wilderness and offers four days of fun Class III whitewater, scenery that rivals the Grand Canyon, gorgeous side-hikes, comfy beach campsites, hearty and delicious meals prepared by professional river guides, and an opportunity to relax with your fellow travel companions.
