Vernon Leroy (Lee) Gott Jr. Passed Away On August 9th

Rail Road Flat, CA...Vernon Leroy (Lee) Gott Jr. passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at his home in Rail Road Flat, CA. Lee was born in Washington but lived all over the country. He was known as a good handy-man that could help with anything that needed fixing. If he didn’t know how to do something he would figure it out and make sure it was done right. He was best known for his work in the construction industry, where he worked for 20+ years. Many of which as a job-site superintendent, supervising the entire job, making sure the work was done properly and in a timely fashion. Lee worked on many different job-sites, anything from track-homes to an eight-story skyscraper in the middle of downtown Oakland. He had many passions in his life. Photography, woodworking, cooking, working on cars, watching NHRA, and gardening to name a few. But more than anything he loved to spend time with his family.

“Death leaves a heartache nobody can heal, but love leaves memories that nobody can steal.”
Gone but not forgotten, you will forever be in our hearts Dad. Love always…
