They sell to Cannabis growers

interesting that they will be discussing water management and the Cannabis ordinance.

The emergency ordinance states that growers must have proven water sources on site, yet the CCWD is selling water to tanker trucks all day who deliver to the pot farms.

I guess all forms of government want to get some of the pot growers money, consequences be damned.

Hey, it's Terry Strange, the commercial pot grower! How is the crop doing, Terry? Did that plot you did earth moving on after the May 10th deadline work out? Have you given the other directors a tour of your operation? It is quite impressive. Maybe they could be encouraged to become growers after seeing the crop, plus it would give them understanding as to where all that water is going. Well,it is almost harvest season, hope you have some sticky buds coming in! Way to be an upstanding member of the community, and the pride of CCWD!
