Traffic Update...Single Car Rollover Accident On Appaloosa Way
San Andreas, CA...At approximately 3 p.m. on October 9th CHP received reports of a single vehicle accident.
An Angels Camp man was driving his F-150 northbound on Appaloosa Way north of Pinto Drive at approximately 55 miles per hour. The vehicle traveled onto the dirt shoulder and lost control resulting as a collision with a barbed wire fence before rolling over. The driver was pulled from the vehicle as a small grass fire ensued. It was promptly extinguished by fire personnel. The driver sustained major injuries and is being treated at Modesto Memorial Hospital.
