Occurred on Serrano Rd, Sonora. Rpts he has a trailer at his girlfriends house and someone called the rp and
advised him someone was breaking in the trailer. Rp is in a civil issue with his girlfriend and she will not let him
near the trailer. Rp went over to the residence today and the lock has been cut off. Rp just wants to make sure
no one is taking his property out of the trailer until he can make arrangements with his ex girlfriend to get his
property.
Summary: Ongoing civil issue between the rp and his ex-girlfriend. Rp is unsure if anything is missing from
his trailer at this time and advised he would re-contact the TCSO if he can not work out the issue civilly with

THE ESCALON POLICE DEPARTMENT IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING
A 211/12022(A)/245(A)(1) THAT OCCURRED BETWEEN 1730-1800 HRS
AT THE H & M MARKET LOCATED AT 2501 JACKSON AVE, ESCALON.
THE VICTIM WAS GOING TO MEET UP WITH SUBJS SELLING AN
XBOX ON CRAIGSLIST. VIC SAW THE SUSPECTS PULL UP IN A
METALLIC GREEN VOLKSWAGEN JETTA HATCHBACK WITH BLACK
ROOFRACK. VIC WENT TO PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW AND MADE
CONTACT WITH SUSPECTS AND WHEN HE WENT TO LOOK IN THE
BACKSEAT AT THE XBOX THE DRIVER (SUSPECT #1) PULLED A
FIREARM ON THE VIC AND DEMANDED THE MONEY. THE VIC
MOVED BACK SLIGHTLY AND SUSP #1 "PISTOL WHIPPED" THE
VIC IN THE HEAD. THE PASSENGER (SUSPECT #2) THEN PULLED
OUT A STUN GUN TYPE DEVICE AND PROCEEDED TO DRIVE
STUN THE VIC VARIOUS PLACES ON HIS BODY. THE VIC SUSTAINED
A SEVER LACERATION TO THE HEAD AND HAS SEVERAL BURNS ON
HIS BODY FROM THE STUN GUN. SUSPECTS CONTINUED TO WRESTLE
WITH THE VIC UNTIL HE WAS ABLE TO GET UP AND RUN AWAY.
SUSPECT #1 DESCRIBED AS HMA HEAVYSET - BUZZ CUT TYPE HAIR,
WEARING BLK SHIRT AND KHAKI CARGO PANTS, ARMED WITH A
SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL LIGHT COLORED SLIDE AND DARK FRAME
SUSPECT #2 DESCRIBED AS HMA WITH THIN BUILD - 508-509 -
WEARING DK COLORED HAT AND SHIRT BOTH WITH WHITE
LOGOS ON THEM AND BEIGE/KHAKI COLORED SHORTS - ARMED
WITH STUN GUN TYPE DEVICE
SUSPECTS TOOK VICS CELL PHONE - BLK LG T-MOBILE CELL PHONE
WITH CELL PHONE #209-204-2191
SUSPECTS ARE BELIEVED TO POSSIBLY FREQUENT THE

Occurred on Meadow Lark Dr, Sonora. Rpts her 17yoa grandson has Aspergers and is out of control. Resp
broke things in the house, pushed the rp, and punched his sister in the side. Resp was still tearing up the
house when the rp left to go to the neighbors to use the phone. Rp is going back to the residence.
Summary: Contacted the resp who stated he was upset because he keeps getting bullied at school. The resp
came home and got into an argument with his sister who set him off. The rp did not want to press charges and
I explained to the resp that he needs to work on his temper. NFA

kicked him out of the house. The neighbor did not live at the residence but her friend does. The neighbor
agreed to go to her house and leave her friend and boyfriend alone for the night. I contacted the boyfriend
who said he lives with his girlfriend and just wanted the neighbor out of his house. NFA
