Saturdays in Murphys - Walking Tours of Historic Downtown Murphys are available at no charge (donations gratefully accepted) on Saturday mornings at 10am leaving from the Old Timers Museum. December 2, 2016 - Murphys Open House – Every year on the first
Friday in December, Murphys celebrates the holiday season with a
community Open House from 5 to 8 pm. Admission is free, the streets are
closed and we are ready to celebrate the season. Open House is a great
time to peruse Murphys’ wonderful shops, tasting rooms and restaurants,
see what’s new, visit with old friends and make sure Santa has your
wishlist. Get here early to stake your claim on a good viewing spot for
the parade which starts promptly at 5:30pm. Enjoy the Music of the
Magnolia Rhythm Trio who’ll be playing throughout the evening.
