Weekend Storm Activity Impacts Calaveras County Roads

San Andreas, CA...The weekend storm activity has impacted all Calaveras County roads to some degree. Pettinger Road is closed at Messing Rd and Highway 12. Use Messing Rd as an alternate route. Many roads are experiencing flooding and mud slides. The National Weather Service is forecasting the following for late today into Wednesday.




 Secondary surge of moisture today through Wednesday
 Snow levels lower to around 3500 feet
 Continued rising water levels in rivers and flooding expected
Drive slowly in impacted areas and be aware of your surroundings. Stay Alert During Emergencies
