Help A Young Man's Dreams Come True!

Vallecito, CA...Hello everyone my name is Luke Brewer, I am 22 years young 6"6, 205lbs and I am currently trying to raise money to give myself the opportunity to train mma full time with Urijah Faber's Team Alpha Male. A little about myself, I started wrestling when I was 8 years old and fell in love with the sport and have competed ever since in both folkstyle and freestlye.

In high school I was a 4 year varsity wrestler at Bret Harte High School where I qualified for the CIF state tournament 2 times taking and finishing top 12 my senior year. Senior year I was the team captain at Bret Harte and upon placing 1st in USA folk style state tournament, I received the honors of representing team California in the 195 pound weight division at the USA national tournament where I finished top 12. In highschool I also finished 3rd two years in the Reno World's national tournament.

After graduating highschool I moved to Modesto to attend Modesto Junior College to continue my education and wrestling career. Freshman year at Modesto I finished 3rd in the regional tournament as well as 3rd in the state tournament. My sophomore year I improved to take 1st in the regional tournament and unfortunately fell short of my goal taking 2nd in the state tournament. Both years in college at the state tournament I got the award for most pins in the least accumulated time. Wrestling has always been my passion since I was introduced to the sport as a child and I have always wanted to pursue a career in MMA upon completion of my wrestling career.

Now fortunately I have been granted a once in a life time opportunity by Urijah Faber to be part of his Sacramento based fight team called Team Alpha Male. This opportunity in itself is literally a dream come true for me, all my lifelong dedication and drive to the sport of wrestling has finally opened this door. Under the leadership of Urijah Faber, Team Alpha Male has become the top fight team, a title awarded at both the 2013 and 2014 World MMA Awards. Based out of Sacramento, California the current roster consists of over 30 professional fighters of different backgrounds, genders, races, and nationalities, fighting for more than ten MMA organizations. TAM has had a tradition of winning and has produced past and present UFC, WEC, and WSOF Champions. This door is now open for me to train full time 6 days a week with the pro team, only thing holding me back is finances so that I can move down to Sacramento. I am currently living in Valliecito, CA and am working a 8-4 Drywall job 5 days a week.

I recently moved back home with my dad once I got granted this opportunity so that I can attempt to save up money as fast as I possibly can so that I can move down to Sacramento to start training full time. Currently while still living up here, I am at the gym from about 6-9:30 everyday after work and I drive down to Sacramento every Saturday morning to train with the team since its my only day off that they train and since I can't afford to miss work while saving up to make my move. I love this team, the coaches, the sport of mma, as well as all the hardwork, dedication, and sacrifice that it takes to go to the next level..... too the top. In order to achieve my goals of making the UFC and someday being crowned champ I need to fully commit to this sport and train 6 days a week 6 hours a day.

I'm in the good hands and exactly where I need to be with this team and world class coaches.... now I just need to make the move. I have decided to make this fund to help speed up the process of me raising money to be able to move, survive, and pay bills down there while training full time with the best team in the world, making my dream a reality. Any donations will be used to help with the bare necessities of living which is food, housing, gas, and etc. Anything at all will help and is a blessing. Thank you so much for your time and support. Let's get another local boy in the world's fastest growing sport... UFC!! "Dream big, Stay positive, Work hard, and enjoy the journey" -Urijah Faber
