Project summary
As of May 2017, T&S Construction had replaced about 15,000 feet of pipeline and another 4,000 feet remain – the project is about 80 percent finished. The remaining portions of pipeline that need to be replaced are from Pine Drive through Oak Court to Sequoia Street, and from Manuel Road down Fir Street to Dunbar Road to Blagen Road near the Arnold Library.  Substantial completion of the project is expected to be in July 2017.
