The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Is Back In Action...Curtailing Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Is Focus
San Andreas, CA...(Just before lunch public comments finished up and the Board started discussing the cannabis issue. If you are following this issue...time to tune in starting at 1:30pm) The Calaveras Board is holding a special meeting at this time. The two items on the agenda are: Receive a report regarding the Sheriff Department FY2017-18 Budget request. Conduct a special study session to continue discussion of cannabis cultivation in Calaveras County, focusing on comments to the Draft EIR for the proposed ordinance to ban cultivation and commercial activities associated with cannabis.
