Hwy 4 Non-Injury Collision at Utica Powerhouse Road Caused by DUI...Updated with CHP Release
Murphys, CA...CHP, ambulance and fire are responding to a vehicle collision at Hwy 4 and Utica Powerhouse Road. Vehicle on its side. Party is still inside. We will keep you posted as we know more. (Updated at 10:40pm) Non-Injury collision. Thanks Goodness. Please be careful as the roads are very slick and icy. (Update #2 12:00am)....It sounds like the subject was not cooperative with CHP officers so the plot may thicken. Apparently the driver was under the influence at the time. The full CHP release is enclosed....
