Board of Supes Are Back in Action Tuesday Morning!

San Andreas, CA...The Calaveras County Board of Supes are back in action bright and early Tuesday morning, Feburary 5th at 9am after a day off last week. Some of the agenda items being discussed will be a MINUTE ORDER authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Agreement with the California Department of Public Health for the period Aug 31, 2007 - Aug 9, 2008; the "Certification Regarding Lobbying"; the "Non-Supplantation Certification; and authorizing the Health Services Agency Director to sign subsequent reports and forms related to this Agreement; MINUTE ORDER authorizing Board Chair to sign amendment 1 to Standard Agreement 07-0008, between Calaveras County and the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Pierce's Disease Control Program, for a new total not to exceed $97,071.00 for Fiscal Years 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/2010, an increase of $1,824.00 for fiscal year 2007/2008; Environmental Management Agency/Department of Agriculture; Feeney Park is on the agenda to possibly use the park as a multipurpouse facility; RESOLUTION approving agreement #07-77305-000 between the CA Department of Mental Health and Calaveras County Behavioral Health Services, for fiscal years 04-05 through 07-08, in the amount of $1,657,788, for implementation of the Mental Health Services Act Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan and Plan Updates superseding Agreement #06-76375-000 previously approved by the Board per Resolution 07-116; Behavioral Health.
