Plants, Cash & Vehicle Seized from Indoor Marijuana Grow

Valley Springs, CA...On 12-7-17 members of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team served a search warrant for an illegal unregistered indoor marijuana grow at a residence on Delin Way in Valley Springs. No subjects were found to be present during the warrant service, although suspects involved with this operation have been identified. Upon arrival, deputies found that the entire house and garage had been converted for marijuana cultivation with a small area in one room as living quarters. 1220 marijuana plants were seized as well as a large amount of US Currency and a vehicle.

This is an ongoing investigation and no further information is available at this time.

Want to read about a crook? Read about how the tax bill will benefit Trump and Kushner businesses more so than any others benefitting from the proposed bills. Their REITs will not only retain the existing loop holes that Trump boasted he uses when filing his taxes, but added some additional tax breaks. No wonder Trump wants to get rid of the AMT. With the additional loopholes and tax breakes, we'll probably all end up sending him money because his annual tax bill will be in the negative zone.

Lying cheating Trump. Taking the middle class and lower income earners for a ride for sure. He's not getting rid of a single loop hole as he promised. He's taking away deductions to ensure we all pay more to cover his paying less.

    Lying cheating Trump.

Good question. Wonder if they send the property owner a bill for the cost of the eradication and then use the money found against that debt. Puts the money in the general fund where it can be used to eradicate more growers. For sure, those running the operation are not going to come back to claim the money or the vehicle.

They do not appear to care if they are seen. We have one on our road, purchased the property just this August, put up hoop houses and nailed plywood over the bottom floor windows of their building. They are in clear view of everyone but code compliance told us that they cannot go on the property unless they actually see pot plants! So they have already harvested one crop and appear to be putting in the next crop and no one can, or will, stop them

Outstanding CCSO, one might want to think on how did the sheriffs figure out there was an illegal grow, possibly PG&E alerted them on excessive power usage, the print says under investigation.

These people don't give a hoot about us. Other than the fact that we passively accept them.

These scumbags are doing this in our communities.

If you see one, put up a sign, drag the cops by the ears to see your protest.

If all else fails, deputize each other, get a rope and use a tree.

We are going to see more of this. Nothing against marijuana, just grow it somewhere else! If you use it buy it in another county and let them deal with it. Calavaras County taxpayers are paying the bill for grows that supply pot to the more affluent counties that can afford it but pass the burden on the less unfortunate counties. We are just at the bottom of the $ pole and willing to be the suppliers for $ that we never see or will see. Wake up!!!!
