Our Newest Intrepid Reporter, Hanna Heath, "Branches Out" to the Streets of Angels Camp...Well Starbucks...For Our Wacky Question of the Week!

Angels Camp, CA….Every February, across the country, candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine. So, Hanna Heath took the streets of Angels Camp asking local residents, what is the most memorable gift someone has given you on Valentines Day? Here are some of the responses....

*Kelli Carlon of Arnold said “White roses.”

*Mariah Mathews of Arnold said “A beautiful necklace that my father gave me.”

*Sally Kester visitor of Angels Camp said “Time to my self.”

*Krissy Skaar of Murphys said “My daughter, she was born on February 12th 1998. Even though she wasn’t born on Valentines Day we celebrate with red hearts on her birthday.”

*Kat Juarez-Sutton of Sonora said “A diamond belly button ring.”

*Raul Acedo of Angels Camp said “The birth of my son, we both have the same wonderful birthday February 14th.”

*Charles DeAnda of Sheep Ranch said “The birth of my daughter.”

* Michelle Sackman of Murphys said “A poem that I carry with me every day.”

*Holly Foster of Copperopolis said “A diamond necklace.”

*Jeanie Rutherford of Valley Springs said “A box of See’s candy from my husband.”

The list goes on with such gifts as cheesecake, a puppy, a cat, a picture frame, a card, a massage, and a hair cut. We would like to say thank you to all who participated and we hope you get something even more unique this year.
