This Week on "Chef Chat", Chef James of Ironstone Vineyards Talks "Dressings"

Murphys, CA...This week on Courses #5, Executive Chef James Lehman of Ironstone Vineyards talks "Dressings." He goes over how to prepare Lemon Thyme Dressing. The ever so popular chef James teaches cooking classes at Ironstone Vineyards. The next class is Sunday March 9th..It will be on "Tapas...A Journey into Spain's Little Dishes." These very popular cooking classes offer a chance to learn hands-on cooking skills and meals on a professional level.....

Tapas, the Spanish appetizer. The varieties are only limited by your lack of imagination. Train your imagination with the help of a glass of wine and a full professional kitchen (it is all about the tools at your disposal.)

Enjoy your creations with a glass of wine when you are done.

Cost is $75 per person, which includes your class, your materials, wine to drink and a souvenir.

Class begins at 12:30.

Spots are very limited. Reservations are required. Contact Ironstone at (209) 728-1251, extension 11 to hold your spot now.

This class is being offered on two separate days due to an unexpected change in schedule. It is the same class both days...February 10th and March 9th.
