Teamwork Lands a Sonora Woman in Jail for Driving Under the Influence.

Sonora, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Dept..."Modesto Police Department called our office early this morning and asked for a Deputy to check for a hit-and-run suspect vehicle at a Columbia Village Drive address. As a Deputy drove north through downtown Sonora, he spotted the black Pontiac SUV driving south with front end damage.

The 28-year-old Sonora woman made several turns through downtown Sonora in an attempt to shake the Deputy. Her plan failed and the Deputy caught up to her at Shepherd and Jackson Street. Modesto PD was contacted and provided with the information they needed to complete their investigation.

Driver, Maurica Walton showed signs of alcohol intoxication and was arrested after a DUI investigation was conducted by a Sonora PD Officer."

Is Murphys Park safe to go to yet?

Is it safe to go to the Murphys Park again? Did they arrest that guy Israel who was going to stab those dogs and ended up he beat the owner with a 2x4? That poor guy, he was just protecting his dog and someone else dog.
How sad, it's not even safe to bring our kids or our dog to the park anymore and this was just before all the kids were there for lunch. I'm glad I didn't have kids there to see that!!!
So is he gone now? Is it safe to bring them?

Don't listen to the mad, little whining coward who's so ignorant he can't even spell Modesto correctly, grandma. Yes, that guy is still around, I saw him driving around in that little primer grey car of his. Jeez, I was just thinking, He won't get a job, being one of Gov Brown's special kids, but the state of Calif gives him a drivers license. I wonder if he ever gets road rage?

I've seen that guy. Either mentally unstable or on dope. He's threatened tourists with his fist and a knife. Always yelling at people driving by. Scary dude. Never messed with me as I avoid him but I also won't hesitate to drop him if he so much as looks at me sideways. Hope the Sheriff's Department keeps an eye on him.

No he was there the other day walking through the play ground area, probably to sell the drugs the state gives him. At least no kids were yelling when playing to set him off enough to pull a knife on them. He only goes 🍌 on those smaller then him. Makes him feel like a tough guy I guess.
