President Issues Memorandum on “Bump Fire” Stocks and Other Similar Devices

Washington, DC...After the deadly mass murder in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 1, 2017, I asked my Administration to fully review how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regulates bump fire stocks and similar devices. Although the Obama Administration repeatedly concluded that particular bump stock type devices were lawful to purchase and possess, I sought further clarification of the law restricting fully automatic machineguns.

Accordingly, following established legal protocols, the Department of Justice started the process of promulgating a Federal regulation interpreting the definition of “machinegun” under Federal law to clarify whether certain bump stock type devices should be illegal. The Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published in the Federal Register on December 26, 2017. Public comment concluded on January 25, 2018, with the Department of Justice receiving over 100,000 comments.

Today, I am directing the Department of Justice to dedicate all available resources to complete the review of the comments received, and, as expeditiously as possible, to propose for notice and comment a rule banning all devices that turn legal weapons into machineguns.

Although I desire swift and decisive action, I remain committed to the rule of law and to the procedures the law prescribes. Doing this the right way will ensure that the resulting regulation is workable and effective and leaves no loopholes for criminals to exploit. I would ask that you keep me regularly apprised of your progress.

You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

DONALD J. TRUMP

Go to YouTube and type in homemade bump stocks or if you shoot alot you know u can bump fire with a reg California legal stock or any semi automatic weapon including hand guns.. or you can buy 80% parts to make your weapon fully auto.. this will stop nothing imo.. we need metal detectors in public schools with armed teachers with a pay raise.

Dump Executive Order
Posted on: 2018-02-21 10:21:41   By: Anonymous

Dump almost immediately rescinded Obama's EO to not allow mentally disabled to buy guns.
Why? Because Dump was given $13Million by the NRA for his campaign.
Many say it was $ from the Russians funneled thru the NRA.

With only 3% owning guns in America, who does Dump represent?

78% want assault weapon gun restrictions, the GOP won't allow them.

Ryan wonb't allow any debate on the subject of reenactment of the Brady law.
That law did reduce mass killing.

20 years ago Australia did enact strict gun laws , no mass murders since.

Gun laws do stop/reduce mass killing.

32 to 43 percent of Americans own guns. 3 percent own half of all guns, probably because the other 29 to 40 percent of of gun owners will never see a need for more than one handgun and one long gun.

Your info is so full of holes you make swiss cheese jealous. Read something besides fake news.
Australia, like most free countries, has more than it's share of mass shootings.

Hillcrest murders 25 January 1996 Hillcrest, Queensland
Rampage killing by Peter May, who shot dead six members of his family before killing himself

Port Arthur massacre 28 April 1996 Port Arthur, Tasmania A spree shooting by Martin Bryant

Wright St Bikie Murders 8 October 1999 Adelaide, Australia Hell's Angels feud

Monash University shooting 21 October 2002 Melbourne, Victoria Mass shooting attack by Huan Yun "Allen" Xiang

2011 Hectorville siege 29 April 2011 Hectorville, South Australia Siege attack where Anthony Carbo murdered 3 people and injured 3 more including 2 police officers.

Hunt family murders 9 September 2014 Lockhart, New South Wales A Mass shooting and Familicide by Geoff Hunt who killed his wife and three children before turning the gun on himself

Sydney Siege 15 - 16 December 2014 Sydney, NSW A lone gunman, Man Haron Monis, held hostage ten customers and eight employees of a Lindt chocolate café located at Martin Place in Sydney, Australia.

That's just a few. You oughtta see the list of mass stabbings, arsons and vehicle attacks.

If the citizens were armed, they could have prevented or limited the damage.

In the picture, snapped in the darkness of a Wilton vineyard, Jack Kautz crouches behind a dead buck, smiling broadly as he holds up the animal’s head by its freakishly large set of antlers.

It was a buck for the record books – with sprawling antlers about an arm’s width apart. If Kautz, 52, had been able to claim it as an official trophy, he could have added it to his long list of accomplishments detailed on the website of his family’s Lodi grape growing business, Ironstone Vineyards.

So weary of the word twisting. The GOP blocked Obama at every turn regarding more stringent gun control as well as the selling of bump stocks because the GOP is in bed with the NRA. Yes, let's talk bump stocks while you voted for millions of Americans not to have access to mental health care.

First off, from my experience with mental health, a lot of the so called therapists are crazier than the so called mentally ill! Where is the help in this? CPS, is a joke, we quit reporting things at school because they sent kids back home to as the prez put it, s... Holes the kids lived in! Your 10, a girl, and your uncle comes into your bedroom every nit, get the picture, but we we're told it was better for the girl to stay in her home, you know, keep the family in tact! Many American's don't own weapons by choice, some remind me of the countries that we protect know that we, America will protect them! I would say that's a pretty good deal! If I was in charge I would move all school's into the 21st century, fences at least one security guard, armed, that everyone has to go by to access the school! Wake up, this isn't the 50's, guns, legal or illegal are readily available and this crap will continue because man is inherintly evil, things don't change!

NRA Laundered $15 Million Russian $ To Dump
Posted on: 2018-02-22 10:47:28   By: Anonymous

The money trail shows Dump's $15 Million contribution from the NRA was actually from Russia Billionaires.

Why won't Dump allow the Russian sanctions passed by Congress 6 months ago?

Dump is owned by the Russian bankers, the only financiers of Dump, no other bank will loan to him after 5 bankruptcies.

Dump actually is in debt, not a $Billionaire as he says.
