San Andreas, CA...PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Lead Agency: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249 EXTENSION OF TIME OF 2006-37 TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION TRACT MAP FOR THREE OAKS SUBDIVISION, NANCY GILLIS Nancy Gillis is requesting to extend the expiration date of approved vesting tentative subdivision tract map 2006-037 for the Three Oaks Subdivision by thirty-six (36) months. The property is located at 1620 Pine Drive, adjoining Meadowmont Subdivision Unit’s # 5 and # 6, west of State Highway 4 in the Arnold area. (APN 28-018-13 is located in a portion of the Southeast ¼ of Section 30, T5N., R15E., MDM.) The Board of Supervisors adopted a mitigated negative declaration for the project on November 20, 2007. There are no changes in circumstances that would necessitate recirculation of the CEQA document.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mt. Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. The project Planner is Gina Kathan and the Planning Commission staff reports are available online at http://www.co.calaveras.ca.us/cc/Departments/PlanningDepartment/PlanningCommission.aspx the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting. Copies of the project file and staff report can be purchased at the Planning Department for the cost of making the copies.
