Sonora Pass Opens to Kennedy Meadows Today at Noon!
Pinecrest, CA...From Caltrans Distict 10.."**Sonora Pass Update** Winter Closure Moving Up The Hill We expect to move the winter closure gate from the current closure point at Eagle Meadows up the hill to Kennedy Meadows at noon today if all goes as planned.
Our Maintenance Supervisor is checking the road out this morning to make sure that all the necessary repairs are working out and will let us know as soon as he swings the gates open.
Please remember that as we open up these areas, crews are continuing to operate so please go slow in the cone zone and keep an eye out for our maintenance workers to keep everyone safe."
