The Calaveras County Search and Rescue (CCSAR) team would like to recognize and thank the Angels-Murphys Rotary Club for their generous donation. The team is skilled in man-tracking throughout our mountainous terrain, whether on foot, ATV, snow mobile, snow cat, snow shoes, or skis...
and is proficient in high and low angle rope rescue, and swift water rescue, 365 days a year in all kinds of weather. The list of equipment required to perform these activities is extensive and requires maintenance, replacement, and upgrading. Because CCSAR is a totally volunteer organization and relies on donations for such equipment, such a generous donation is very much appreciated. Thank you.
