Missing in California’ Event June 9th Sacramento
Sacramento, CA...On June 9th, 2018 the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office will participate in a ‘Missing in California’ event at the Sacramento State, Harper Alumni Center located at 6000 College Town Drive, Sacramento, CA 95826.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is hosting this missing person symposium on June 9th from 10am – 4pm. This is a free event open to families and friends affected by the disappearance of a loved one and the community and organizations that assist to bring them home. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with investigators and technicians to share information about their missing loved ones, have documents scanned, provide DNA reference samples from close family members to help create a profile for the missing person, and give any additional information they think is relevant to assist in locating the missing person. Families are encouraged to bring photos along with medical and dental records of their missing love ones. The information gathered at this event will be disseminated to respective jurisdictions for each case. The event flyer is attached to this press release.
