Court Temporarily Reinstating California’s End of Life Option Act

Sacramento, CA...California Attorney General Becerra today issued the following statement in response to the Fourth District Appellate Court’s ruling in the End of Life Option Act litigation: “Today the Fourth District Appellate Court granted our request for immediate stay in People ex rel. Xavier Becerra v. Ahn, reinstating California’s End of Life Option Act while litigation is ongoing. This ruling provides some relief to California patients, their families, and doctors who have been living in uncertainty while facing difficult health decisions.

Today’s court ruling is an important step to protect and defend the End of Life Option Act for our families across the state.”

What is wrong with California Democrats?
They will help you commit suicide, give you a clean needle for your heroin habit, help fund murdering your baby, allow men in the restroom with your daughter, legalize marijuana, recruit illegals to sanctuary cities, set free an illegal alien for murdering a young American girl,......But you dam well better not use a plastic straws or giveaway plastic grocery bags.

Everyone is held to account eventually.

Cali would give you a straw for drug use , I bet.

The folks that pay the bills for your crap are leaving in droves. In a few years Cali will have some fundamental truths to face. It’ll be interesting to see how you try to blame everyone but yourselves for your mess.

Humans have the right to end life with dignity. Why don’t you do something that actually helps these people. Like stop taking away health care.
