Planned Water Outage in Copperopolis, Wednesday August 22

Copperopolis, CA...Calaveras County Water District crews are planning to repair a leak in a main water line on Copper Cove Drive at 9 p.m. Wednesday August 22, which will cause about 380 customers to experience a water outage for up to five hours. The District has scheduled a nighttime repair to minimize impacts on local businesses and homeowners. One-way traffic control will be in place on Copper Cove Drive starting at 8 p.m. on the 22nd. Water service is expected to be restored by 2 a.m. on Thursday August 23.

How did they do it?

That perfect "X" the crossing of 2 roads with Stone Age technology? They had to plot it from the air...but how, when that technology as we all know does not exist?

Perhaps that dark-black triangular craft with the 3 lights that was hovering over it awhile back helped in its creation?
