Hwy 140 Though Ferguson Fire Burn Scar Has Reopened

Mariposa, CA...The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the California Highway Patrol re-opened State Route 140 in and near the Ferguson Fire burn scar at approximately 12 p.m. (noon) on Friday, November 30, 2018. This closure was due to an ongoing storm that led to multiple mudslides and debris such as rocks coming onto the roadway. This closure was in place for approximately 17 miles from Bear Creek near Midpines to Foresta Road in El Portal – approximately 4 miles west of the Yosemite National Park entrance. The closure began overnight at 2 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29 and lasted roughly 34 hours.

There will be one-way traffic control on SR-140 for the time being in the area of the Ferguson Fire scar due to culvert (drainage system) repairing and clearing. Motorists should expect 15-minute delays.

There is no estimated time for the completion of the culvert work.

Risks for this stretch of roadway in storm conditions include mudslides and the movement of debris on highway lanes. Caltrans is co-piloting a weather monitoring system for the Ferguson Fire scar area with the National Weather Service office in Hanford, which led to this pre-emptive closure. The U.S. Forest Service and several other partnering agencies are helping with this system.

Caltrans would like to thank motorists and local residents for their patience and cooperation during this process.

Russian Collusion: In June 2010 Bill Clinton Paid $500,000 By Russian Regime –
In July 2010 Ten Russian Agents Were Released By Obama Without Charges

The fake news mainstream media wants you to believe the Trump family was colluding with Russia because they discussed building a Trump Tower in Moscow before the 2016 election. The project was dropped and NEVER HAPPENED.

This same media ignores obvious criminal actions by the Obama-Clinton Democrats.
In June 2010 Bill Clinton Met with Russia leader Vladimir Putin – In July 2010 Ten Russian Agents Were Released by Obama Without Charges and Given Back to Russia. Putin Praised the Russian Spies as Heroes.
It has been widely reported that Bill Clinton flew to Russia in 2010 and was paid $500,000 for giving one single speech. It is also well know that during his trip to Russia, the former President petitioned the State Department to allow him to meet with a key member of the Russia state owned uranium company Rosatom.
      The Hill reported in October:
As he prepared to collect a $500,000 payday in Moscow in 2010, Bill Clinton sought clearance from the State Department to meet with a key board director of the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom — which at the time needed the Obama administration’s approval for a controversial uranium deal, government records show.
Arkady Dvorkovich, a top aide to then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and one of the highest-ranking government officials to serve on Rosatom’s board of supervisors, was listed on a May 14, 2010, email as one of 15 Russians the former president wanted to meet during a late June 2010 trip, the documents show.
The Hill continued in noting that:
Bill Clinton instead got together with Vladimir Putin at the Russian leader’s private homestead.
A short time later the Obama’s Administration approved the sale of 20 percent of US uranium to Russia. The Clinton foundation walked away with millions and the US lost one-fifth of its uranium to rival Russia.
We also now know that the FBI uncovered Russian bribery of the Clintons in 2009 and the Department of Justice and the FBI sat on this for four more years. Worse yet, from a recent report we discovered the investigation was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who is now President Trump’s Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who is now the deputy FBI director under Trump.
Mueller is now heading a corrupt investigation into Trump on Russia collusion after being appointed by Rosenstein. This madness was orchestrated under Attorney General Jeff Sessions who recused himself from Russia related investigations. Many people are calling for Mueller to step down.
What has not been widely reported is that at the time of the Uranium One deal the US government released 10 Russian agents arrested for espionage. A short time after the former President met with Putin in Russia, these agents were given back to Russia and given a heroes welcome by Putin and not even charged with espionage.

Legal Expert: The Only Crimes Mueller’s Report Have Uncovered Are the Ones It Created
Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz argued Thursday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe is creating crimes rather than uncovering past ones, and that the “devastating” report he will write will be based on people “who have lied.”
Dershowitz appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity” following the plea deal entered into by President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen earlier in the day, regarding past statements he made to Congress.
In a federal court filing in New York, Mueller charged that Cohen made false statements via a 2-page letter to Congress in August 2017 regarding a Moscow building project the Trump Organization was considering in 2016. The attorney had related in his letter that discussions had ended by January 2016 before primary election season, but according to Mueller’s team, they had continued until June of that year.
The president told White House reporters before leaving for the G-20 Summit in Argentina on Thursday that Cohen was lying to get a lesser prison sentence, and even if he wasn’t, there was nothing illegal about the Trump Organization considering the project while he was a private citizen. Trump further pointed out that ultimately he decided against the project, and multiple media outlets had reported on it at the time, so the news was not new.
USA Today reported that Cohen faced a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for lying to Congress, but thanks to the plea agreement he entered into with Mueller’s team, his sentence would be six months and a fine of up to $9,500.
