Sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with: “BID #18-1000-25-968 - DO NOT OPEN” and in the possession of the Purchasing Agent no later than: 3:00 P.M. on January 30, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened. Faxed bids are not acceptable; bids received beyond the deadline date and time will not be considered.
