Search Warrant Served & Arrest Made at Missing Man’s House

Wilseyville, CA...On 2-25-19 CCSO Detectives served a search warrant in relation to financial crimes at a residence in the 4000 block of Blagen Blvd, Wilseyville. The previous resident of this location, Shannon Scott (age 66), has been a reported missing person since 8-31-18. Scott and his vehicle, a white colored 2014 Fiat bearing California purple heart license plate #9038PH, have not been seen since he was reported missing in August of last year.







Yesterday, Detectives along with a forensic team from the Department of Justice served the search warrant at the Blagen Blvd. residence. Although there have been no new leads in locating missing person Shannon Scott, Detectives have been conducting follow-up regarding possible crimes in relation to Scott’s finances. During service of the search warrant 25 year old Shaylee Scott was arrested for felony violation of probation, felon in possession of a firearm, and felon in possession of ammunition. She was booked into the Calaveras County Jail with no bail.
