First Groundbreaking in Valley Springs for Habitat House
Valley Springs, CA...The public is invited to Habitat for Humanity Calaveras’ first groundbreaking of a Habitat home in the Valley Springs area. The groundbreaking ceremony is Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 2 p.m. at 3308 Dunn Street, in Rancho Calaveras. Participating in the ceremony are District 5 Supervisor Russ Thomas, and Lucy Thein, President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Calaveras.....
Pastor Gregory Floyd of the Valley Springs Community United Methodist Church will offer prayers.
The prospective owner of this Habitat home, Theresa Renfro and her family, will be present along with other Calaveras County Habitat families.
Music and refreshments will conclude the ceremony.
