APPLY to be a Habitat for Humanity homebuyer and build your family’s strength, stability and self-reliance. Homeowner applications for a new build in Copperopolis will only be accepted by delivery to Habitat Calaveras’ office on or before December 13, 2019.
Habitat homeowners must: Applicant must meet income guidelines:
1. LIVE IN SUBSTANDARD
HOUSING or pay too much
rent.
2. ABIILITY TO PAY AN
AFFORDABLE MORTGAGE
for their Habitat home.
3. WILLING TO PARTNER.
Homeowners commit to invest
at least 500 hours of sweat
equity toward the construction
of their own home and attend
homeowner education
classes.
